Water Printing
Water printing, also known as hydro dipping, can be used to create durable and stylish surfaces and is ideal for products where a high-quality visual appearance is desired. It can be used to create detailed patterns on a wide range of materials and is also suitable for complex surfaces.
In the process, the product is first painted with an agreed base colour. The film with the desired pattern is then placed in a coating tank over water and dipping can be carried out. The final product can be finished with a suitable varnish if desired.
Our fully automatic water printing line is optimised for industrial mass production. The process is cost-effective for both medium and large batches, but also offers flexibility for smaller batch production.
The maximum size of the printed product is 800 x 2000 mm, depending slightly on the geometry of the piece.
